Tips for Dewy Skin (For Any Skin Type!)

Fresh, plump and dewy skin — we all want it. No matter your skin type, we can all achieve that dewy complexion. 

Read on for our top tips on how to get and keep dewy, plump skin. 

Stay hydrated. An important part of skin health. When your body is properly hydrated, your skin will appear less dry and more dewy and plump. 

Mist, mist, mist. The best way to instantly calm, rehydrate and provide instant dewiness throughout the day. Pro tip: bring a mist with you everywhere you go! Also, avoid water based mists that can actually increase moisture loss. Misting after exfoliation will allow your next products to penetrate deeper into the skin and seal in hydrating benefits. 

Exfoliate regularly (but wisely). Weekly exfoliation is key to sloughing off dead skin cells that make your skin appear dull. Gentle exfoliation will immediately brighten and smooth your skin. Exfoliating regularly will allow hydrating products to nourish new, fresh skin. Remember: try to avoid harsh exfoliation and stick to once or twice a week max to avoid damaging your skin barrier. 

Mask, mask mask. Face masks are a skin care must for achieving a dewy skin glow. Use our Detox Clay mask once a week to help draw out impurities, leaving you with a smooth, calm and radiant complexion.
